When I buy too many strawberries, bananas and other fruits, this food dehydrator will come into use, since I can make them into dried fruit. It is made of a stainless steel base and a high-quality stainless steel tray. The dehydrator is detachable and it's easy to clean. The drying temperature can be set from 86 degrees F to 194 degrees F and the time can be set from 0-24 hours. We dried all kinds of vegetables, including frozen beans, bread and more. It dehydrates everything perfectly.
