Tips: Air Assisted Airless Paint Sprayer Working Principle

The air assisted airless paint sprayer mainly relies on the piston within the cylinder movement back and forth to work, through the cylinder block internal sealing volume changes to achieve the suction and discharge of the medium process. The inside of the cylinder has a blind hole connecting all components. When the paint enters the inside of the pump body, it can enter through the blind hole in the filter, and then into the pipe joint, as out through the high pressure hose and spraying with the pain spray gun. When the pressure is too high to exceed the limit value, the backflow valve will automatically release the pressure and part of the paint will flow out of the backflow pipe.
