    Tips: How to use electric tile cutter safely?

    1. Find the working area.
    Choose an bright area without obstructions as a safe work area for cutting. Make sure there is a necessary emergency exit. Find out an outdoor place to cut , if possible. Set up a firm, steady work surface to support the tile cutter, then put it on the surface.
    2. Prepare the cutter.
    Open pakage, take out the machine parts, read the instructions carefully and assemble all the parts of the tile cutter according instructions, make sure it is fully equipped and there is no damage to the tile cutter.
    3. Prepare to cut.
    Make sure the water ready to use is clean and use a grease pencil or other marker pens to draw a cutting line on the tile.The cutting width can be adjusted according to your need.
    Place the tile on the bed of the saw, adjust the tile by extended side rulers and check the position of the blade and the marked line on the tile.
    4. Cut the tile.

    • Wear goggles, gloves,mask, helmet and other possible protectors, then turn on the machine and wait for the blade to reach full speed. Make sure that water is out and hitting the blade without splashing fast.
    • Push the tile through the spinning blade slowly and steadily, watch carefully and hands should keep away from the blade. The cutting speed should come up to be slower if you need to cut greatly hard tiles, such as porcelain and stone floor tiles.
    • Slow down your working speed when the blade reaches the back end of the tile. Make sure to remove the tile from the bed of saw when the saw is turned off and the blade is fully stopped.
