Tips: How to use a paintless dent repair induction heater for car body repair?

Operation steps:

1. First, set the working time or power of the paintless dent repair induction heater according to the size of the dent and the color of the paint. Generally, set the time to the 0.5-1s.
2. Take the dent as the center circular area 4, and mark the ring areas from inside out as 3, 2, 1.
3. Hold the repair head, press the switch, and surround the dent area for operation in sequence. Firstly surround the circumference of area 1 to area 2, 3, 4 to heat, and wait for cooling.
4. Then turn around from area 2 to area 3, 4 for heating and wait for cooling. And then around area 3 for heating in turn to area 4 and wait for cooling.
5. Focus on heating in area 4 and wait for cooling, and then dent removal is complete. (Some areas may need to repeat the above steps multiple times.)

Notes in use:

1. Before using the induction heater, please wear a protective mask, protective gloves and overalls to prevent burns during operation.
2. 3. The user shall not wear any metal objects, such as watches, necklaces, keys, belt buckles, coins, zippers, etc.
3. Be careful not to work in the same area for more than 1 second. It is recommended to use compressed air or wet towels to cool the body during operation in the work area.
4. A lot of heat will be generated during the repair, and the car metal body will become soft. Don't force downwards to avoid enlargement of the dent area.
5. Pay attention to the surface temperature of the car body during the repair process. Overheating will damage the paint and cause greater damage.
6. If the dent is pulled excessively and bulges, use a repair pen to flatten it little by little.
7. It is recommended that the user first practice the use of the PDR induction heater on an unused engine cover, so as to understand the equipment performance and potential damage more quickly.
