7 tips for using a pneumatic pop rivet gun

1. Before using a pneumatic pop rivet gun, inject a small amount of lubricating oil into the air inlet in order to extend its working life.
2. Keep the specified air pressure. The air pressure below 0.6MPa (85 PSI) will reduce the power of the air rivet gun and decrease in work efficiency.
3. Press the starting switch or trigger only after the rivet firmly on the nozzle. Otherwise, the piston will produce back and forth movement and hit the shell, so that the pneumatic riveter damage.
4. Hold ergonomic handle with right hand, and press the starting switch with the index finger to use the air rivet gun. The compressed air size can be adjusted with the starting switch to ensure it works steadily.
5. Riveting different sizes of rivets must use corresponding size nozzles. The nozzle and the rivet don’t match, which not only decreases in work efficiency, but also damages the air riveter.
6. Don’t press the starting switch without rivets in use to avoid damaging the air rivet tool.
7. Strictly prohibit the pneumatic rivet gun against people.
