Tips: Hydraulic oil replacement method for crimping pliers.

To ensure service life of the hydraulic crimping tool, hydraulic oil in the tool must be replaced once a year. Hydraulic oil must be filtered through an oil filter before being injected. The filter must have a filter screen of 120 mesh or more, or a filter accuracy of more than 30μm. At the same time, prevent any impurities from entering the tool oil reservoir and ensure cleanliness of the hydraulic oil.

Specific steps:

Unscrew the fixed handle.
Reset the piston to the end.
Clamp the tool on bench vise.
Unscrew the oil plug.
Squeeze out the waste oil.
Inject new hydraulic oil.
Drain the air and insert the oil plug.
Turn back the handle.

Value-for-money hydraulic crimping pliers

I finally waited for the hydraulic crimping pliers that I was thinking of. Once I got it at the courier point, I couldn't wait to use it. It really made me very satisfied. Its head can be rotated 180° freely and can be pressed in a narrow space. Connect cables, terminals, hoses, etc. I need to change the hydraulic oil in the tool once a year to make it last longer.
