Tips: WiFi endoscope application examples

1. Engine inspection
   • Oil leakage and water leakage of vehicle engine are common faults, and some places are not easy to observe. In order to accurately find the leaking part, it can be checked with an WiFi endoscope.
   • If there is a crack in the cooling water channel inside the engine, it will leak internally. The water channel can be checked with the borescope.
   • For wet cylinder liners, use an endoscope to check the scale of the cylinder liner and check whether the cylinder liner is corroded.
2. Transmission synchronizer inspection
   • When the transmission is not easy to put in, and it is easy to detach by itself. It's better to check it with the endoscope without disassembling the transmission assembly first, and then to find out the damaged parts.
   • Check the synchronizer: Remove the oil drain bolt or the oil filler bolt, make a gap in the synchronization ring by moving the shift handle, and insert the endoscope camera to observe whether the synchronization ring has abnormally worn.
3. Transmission gear inspection
   For transmission abnormal noise, vibration and other faults, the endoscope can be used to check whether the gears has problems of missing teeth, abnormal wear, gear meshing clearance, etc.
4. Differential inspection
   • Remove the oil drain bolt or oil filler bolt and insert the endoscope camera to check the abnormal wear and meshing marks of the main gear.
   • The wear condition of differential gears, planetary gears and adjusting shim can be checked.
