• Motor does not run:
  1. Carbon brush is exhausted or carbon brush contactor is burned out.
  2. Wire contacts are loose.
  3. Motor is burned out.
  4. Wires are short-circuited.
• No output: Gear is worn.
• Function adjustment failure: the adjustment sheet or adjustment spring is damaged.
• Noise:
  1. Ratchet disc or gear is worn.
  2. Gearbox grease is dry.
  3. Fan is loose.
  4. Commutator and carbon brush are worn, or foreign matter enters.
• Severe vibration:
  1. Bearings at both ends of rotor or bearings on spindle are worn, or commutator is worn.
  2. Carbon brush is exhausted.
  3. Fan is loose or foreign matter enters.
• Stator shell heating:
  1. Rotor and stator rub against each other.
  2. Fan falls off.
