Features
- High working efficiency: The vibrator is driven by motor, transmited by flexible shaft, then gains vibration frequency of 17000 vibrations per minute to remove air bubbles and helps concrete settle faster with low noise, high energy efficiency, high safety and good vibrating performance.
- Unique design: The lightweight vibrator only weights 6kg, the compact design is easy to hold and gives easy operation, it provides matched vibrator shafts and the diameter of shaft is optional for user to choose.
- Long service life: The electric concrete vibrator is combined with a compact, powerful and sturdy induction motor for saving energy, its full copper motor and less heat produced make its life more longer.
- Application: Concrete vibrator works with concrete vibrator shaft, is suitable to the commodity concrete and widely applies to construction of bridge, tunnel, harbor, large-scale dam, water wheel power plant and architectural engineering.
Tips: Instruction for using concrete vibrator
1. A leakage protection device should be installed on the motor power supply of the concrete vibrator and the grounding or neutralizing connection should be safe and reliable.
2. Operators should be educated in electricity use and should wear insulated rubber shoes and insulated gloves during operation.
3. The cable should meet the length required for the operation. The cable should not be piled up or squeezed by the vehicle. It is strictly forbidden to use the cable to drag or hang the vibrator.
4. Check each part and confirm that the connection is firm and the direction of rotation is correct before using.
5. The vibrator should not be tested on the initial setting concrete, floor, scaffolding and hard ground. When the maintenance operation is interrupted, the power supply should be disconnected.
6. During operation, the vibrating shaft should be sinked into the concrete vertically. It is not allowed to forcefully insert, push obliquely or insert all of it into the concrete. The insertion depth should not exceed 3∕4 of the shaft length. The shaft should not be close to rebar and core tube.
7. The vibrating rod hose must not be broken. When the hose is used for too long, it should be replaced in time.
8. When the vibrator needs to be moved after finishing, the motor should be turned off first and then the power supply should be cut off. Do not drag the motor with a hose.
9. After the operation is completed, the motor, hose and vibrating shaft should be cleaned up and their maintenance should be carried out according to the specified requirements. When storing the vibrator, do not pile up the hose, place it straight and take moisture-proof measures for the motor.
