Carriers
We'll ship your order with any major carrier, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, Air, and Sea to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. We currently ship to most countries worldwide from China, except for regions with courier restrictions or trade limitations. Or you can see the list of countries we ship to at checkout. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your area, please feel free to contact us.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update you on the tracking information via email. The delivery time is generally 6–12 days depending on the location. However, delays may occur due to product availability, customs inspections or carrier-related issues.
Shipping Rates
Most items qualify for free standard shipping, which is stated on the product page. Otherwise, the shipping cost of your order will be calculated based on the weights of the products and your delivery address. Before the final checkout page, you will see the shipping cost, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if you decide not to place it. Please note that, if your order exceeds the carrier’s standard limits for weight, dimensions, or number of parcels and a surcharge is applied, we will always contact you if any additional shipping fees are required.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
About Tax
In rare cases, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your government, not by our site. You will be responsible for these charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or elsewhere. Please contact your local customs office for more information about duties, taxes, and related charges.
For items purchased from Tool.com, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. Any returns initiated or received after the 30-day window will not be honored. Here are some important things to keep in mind when returning the item:
1) The 30-day return policy applies to unused items in their original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
2) Please ensure that the item you're returning is in new or unused condition, repackaged with all of the parts and documentation that were included when you received it.
3) Items that are damaged, dented, or missing major components caused by buyer may be denied for return.
4) Customized items or items with heat-seal are not eligible for return or exchange.
5) Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as inappropriate size, color, quality or ordered by mistake, etc.

7) There are some special items, however, that are also ineligible for return, including: Opened Software*, Electronic Software Downloads, Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades).
*You can return software, provided that it has not been installed on any computer. Software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.
How to Request a Return?
To start a return, please contact us at sales@tool.com with your order number, product name and reason for return. Our support team will respond you with the correct return address via email once your return is accepted. Please do not return items to the original shipping address, as it may not be eligible for processing.
Refund Method and Time
Once we receive your item and check all requirements have been met, we will process a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment) within 7 business days. We will notify you the approval of the return and the status of your refund by an email. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
