Tips: How to use a manual grease gun?

1. Pull out the tie rod so that the piston in the cylinder is close to the rear cover, and then lock the tie rod.
2. Fill the cylinder with lubricating grease. When using a grease injector, thread the top of the grease reservoir into the fine screw of the grease injector, and use the grease injector to fill the lubricating grease into the grease reservoir. If you directly put grease into the cylinder by hand, first unscrew the front cover and directly put the clean grease into the grease reservoir by hand until the entire reservoir is filled, then screw on the front cover to unlock the rod, And wipe the grease gun with cotton yarn.
3. Hold the greases gun body with one hand and the hand lever with the other hand, press the hand lever reciprocally to discharge the air in the tube, and stop pressing the hand lever when there is grease in the grease nozzle.
4. Align and press the grease nipple at the front end of the grease gun on the grease nipple of the grease injection part to be lubricated, press the hand lever close to the grease reservoir until it can't be pressed down, and then raise the hand lever to the original position. Then press down and lift up, reciprocating press the hand lever to slowly press the lubricating grease on the parts that need to be lubricated. After filling the lubricating grease, pull out the grease gun.
5. If the front end of the grease gun is inconvenient to approach the greasing nozzle that needs to be lubricated, a rubber tube should be connected on the grease gun, and the sleeve should be fastened firmly to prevent the lubricating grease from leaking from the sleeve mouth when filling. Install a nozzle that match the thread of the grease nipple at the other end of the hose. Extend the nozzle into the grease nipple at the grease injection part, and add grease to the grease injection part according to the above method.
