Tips: Working principle of automotive endoscope
The main body of the automotive endoscope is the fiber beam. The fiber beam is composed of many light transmitting thin optical fibers. There are two types of optical fibers: glass optical fibers and plastic optical fibers (mainly acrylic resin). The light transmission in the optical fiber must follow the principle of total internal reflection, that is, the pixels conducted by each optical fiber must not be refracted and leak, and should be transmitted from one end to the other end in the fiber by total internal reflection. Only in this way it can be ensured that there is no loss of light in the transmission, no distortion of the image, and high-definition, high-precision image transmission.
The fiber endoscope follows the principle of total internal reflection of light, so that the light is transmitted in an orderly manner from one end to the other in the optical fiber. When the optical fiber is bent, the reflection angle changes accordingly, and the transmission of light is bent with the bending of the fiber. In this way, you can see objects coming from any direction.
