    Tips: Pneumatic Actuator Working Principle

    Double Acting
    When the air source pressure enters from port A and forces the pistons to move apart in the direction of the end cap, the air exits from port B, thus gaining counterclockwise rotation.
    When air source pressure enters from port B, forcing the pistons to close, air is expelled from port A, thus achieving clockwise rotation.

    Single Acting (Spring Return)
    When the air source pressure enters from port A, it forces the pistons to move separately towards the end cap, and at the same time compresses the spring, the air is discharged from port B, thus achieving counterclockwise rotation. In the event of loss of air or electricity, the spring closes the piston and discharges air from port A, thus bringing A clockwise rotation.
