Tips: What is an Ideal Waffle Maker?

Some people like waffles that are crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside, some people like pure and crisp waffles, and some people like golden and completely fluffy waffles. Nevertheless, the technical standards of some waffle makers are generally accepted. A high-quality waffle maker should heat evenly, and cook the batter evenly from top to bottom, from side to side, without burnt spots or undercooked spots. During the cooking process, there should be enough steam to escape to make a firm, non-moist waffle.

    Precautions when making waffles
Does this waffle maker need to be turned over when making waffles?
A manager responded to this review
Hello, even if this waffle maker makes a waffle, it needs to be turned over to prevent the waffle from baking. Pour the batter on the hot soldering iron and close the lid, then turn it over. The flip of the waffle soldering iron can spread the uncooked batter evenly on the hot soldering iron to prevent the batter from being burnt due to uneven heating.
