Tips: How to Change the Length of a Watch Band Link?

1. Use a watch link remover to remove a watch band of which the back has arrows and there are slotted holes and round holes on both sides. Put the watch band on watch link remover, one side of round holes faces the pin, and then push the pin.
2. Remove a watch band with a hammer, a pin punch and a link holder base. Put the watch band in a proper groove on the link holder base, round holes head up. And then strike the pin punch with the hammer to remove the watch band link.
3. Use a screwdriver to change the length of a watch band.
4. Use a watch spring bar tool to remove to watch strap spring pins. A small spring bar tip is suitable for steel watch band to disassemble small connection between the watch dial plate and the watch band, and a big spring bar tip is suitable for belt watch band. The spring bar tip extends into the joints and press the spring shaft inwardly. After shrinking, separate the dial plate and watch band. The installation method is to reverse the disassembly steps.
