    Tips: What Need to Know When Using a 4" Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump?

    1. Make sure that the maximum particles contained in the fluid do not exceed the maximum safe diameter of the pneumatic dual diaphragm pump permitted grain.
    2. Intake pressure should not exceed the maximum allowable AODD pump operating pressure. Compressed air above additional pressure may cause personal injury, industry loss and damage to the air pump functions.
    3. Ensure that the AOD pump piping system can accept the highest output pressure. Keep the drive air system cleaning and normal operating conditions.
    4. Keep excellent exhaust and ventilating, and away from inflammable, explosive and heat sources.
    5. The air outlet of the air powered diaphragm pump may be rich in solids, it is not allowed to aim the air outlet to operation area or people. It is better to connect to the fluid outlet to a safe local area away from the operating area.
    6. Ensure that all parts of the touch carrier will not be damaged by corrosion from the fluid being transported.
    7. Ensure that all operators understand the operation and the air diaphragm pump safe use of precautions, and it is necessary to wear protective equipment.
    8. Use the pneumatic double diaphragm pump in the right ways, idle work for a long time is not allowed.
