The pneumatic dual diaphragm pump can transport high temperature media up to 150 ℃. AODD pump is also a useful air tool for cleaning sediment contaminants in shaft, tunnels and sewers.

    Tips: How to Maintain a 1-1/2" Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump?

    1. 1-1/2" air operated double diaphragm pump is no need any lubricant before and during you use it. But after you disassemble the pneumatic dual diaphragm pump or when you reassemble it, it is better to fill some proper grease between pitman shaft and pitman shaft sleeve. When you install the diaphragm clamp, you also can coating a layer of grease for sealing easily.
    2. If you need to install the air valve and guide valve, it is better to fill a small amount of grease for better lubrication.
    3. Before you install the AODD pump, you need to clean all the inside parts, check whether all the sealing parts are well sealed.
    4. Air valve cover gaskets and air valve chamber gaskets have two sides that can’t be installed reversely. The upper guide valve should be confirmed in place before tightening bolts, otherwise it will damage the thimble. Four bolts on the guide valve should be balanced and not over tight, otherwise the shell valve will be damaged.
