Core Functions
- Measurement Accuracy and Repeatability: This 2 axis inclinometer inclinometer offers high-precision measurement, with accuracy controlled within <0.003° and repeatability error of 0.003° (ensuring long-term data reliability). It uses a 0.001° fine angle division, suitable for high-resolution scenarios like precision machining inspection and laboratory calibration.
- Measurement Range and Modes: The inclinometer supports two switchable ranges: ±15°/±30°, adaptable to different measured objects. It also has absolute/relative measurement modes: absolute mode gets angle differences from the standard reference plane, while relative mode captures angle changes between positions, meeting diverse needs.
- Installation and Compensation Performance: Best inclinometer adopts a dual-benchmark strong magnetic mounting design—strong magnetism ensures stable fixation on metal surfaces, and dual benchmarks improve installation accuracy. Equipped with automatic angle interleaved compensation (corrects position deviation errors) and automatic temperature drift compensation (offsets ambient temperature impact), it maintains data stability.
- Power Supply, Display and Additional Functions: Our industrial inclinometer powered by rechargeable industrial batteries (large capacity, high cycle life, temperature resistance) for long outdoor/on-site use. It has a night-vision four-color display (clear in low light, color-coded for mode/status). Additional functions: selectable filter frequency (reduces interference), adjustable alarm angle (presets thresholds), and zero-point self-calibration (simplifies calibration without external tools).

Detail

- ON/OFF: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on or off.
- HOLD: This button can lock the current data for customers to record conveniently.
- MENU: Press the MENU key to make the menu disappear, and press it again to make it appear.
- RESET HOLE: If the inclinometer crashes during operation and the keys cannot be operated, a hard object like a needle tip can be inserted into the hole to touch the button.
- USB PORT: Used for charging and USB 1.1 data output.
- CHARGING LIGHT: Charging indicator light. The light is on when charging, and off when fully charged. (To ensure the battery service life, please do not use the device while charging.)
5 Tips to Use Digital Inclinometer of TOOL accurately
After we reinstall the battery or press and hold the value lock key (HOLD) for 6 seconds, the inclinometer will enter the calibration state, and the LCD will display the symbol "-1-". The inclinometer must be calibrated to perform the measurement. The calibration steps are as follows:
1. Place the inclinometer on the platform facing the operator, short press the absolute measurement key (ABS), the first stage of calibration symbol "-1" displayed on the screen flashes.
2. After step 1, the screen display will automatically switch to the second stage of the calibration symbol "-2-".
3. Turn the inclinometer 180 degrees, then place it back in its original position with the rear of the device facing the operator.
4. Short press the absolute measurement key (ABS), the step 2 of calibration symbol "-2-" flashes;
5. After the calibration symbol "-2-" flashes for 6 seconds, the screen displays the angle value of the current plane relative to the horizontal plane, and the calibration operation ends.
Note: The displayed angle after calibration is the angle between the currently calibrated plane and the absolute horizontal zero position of the earth.
