This 1200W variable speed blower features a compact and lightweight design, capable of both air intake and exhaust with strong and consistent airflow. Speed adjustment is flexible via a built-in potentiometer or external controls such as 1.5V-10V, 1.5V-5V, or 4-20mA signals. It is widely used across various industries for ventilation, dust collection, equipment cooling, green cleaning solutions, lithium battery machinery, and printing systems.

Tips: Pressure-Flow Characteristic Curve of the Air Blower
In theory, the pressure-flow curve of an air blower is linear. However, due to internal friction and resistance losses, the actual curve slopes downward slightly as the flow rate increases, while the corresponding power-flow curve rises with increasing flow.
At a fixed speed, the blower's operating point follows its pressure-flow curve. This point is influenced not only by the blower’s characteristics but also by the dynamics of the entire system. When the resistance in the piping system increases, the system curve becomes steeper. The fundamental principle of blower regulation lies in achieving the desired operating point by adjusting either the blower’s performance curve or the system’s resistance characteristics.
