    Tips: 1/2 inch Air Impact Wrench Troubleshooting

    Failures: internal leakage, slow speed, stuck and weak.
    1. Connect to the air source and don’t press the trigger to observe if the exhaust port is leaking or rotating by itself. Most of the internal leakage is caused by the damaged part, just replace it.
    2. Connect to the air source to test whether the rotation unable or jammed. Check whether the hammering unit parts are worn or broken. Check whether there is dirt or rust on the cylinder block, the blade is too long and the rotor on the rear cover is fitted tightly. And then replace the damaged parts and clean them.
