    1/2 inch miniature air operated double diaphragm pump is an air tool with high efficiency, small in size, easy to move and other good features, which can transport high temperature media up to 150 ℃. This pneumatic dual diaphragm pump is often used as a variety of filter first-level pressure device. It is as well as used for recovering and recycling of hot water, loading or unloading takers and oil depots.


    • Air operated double diaphragm pump adopts pilot operated type air valve to eliminate the air tool downtime and extend its service life. All the parts can be replaced when the liquid chamber is not opened.
    • Designed with multiport, the pneumatic dual diaphragm pump can be installed easily.
    • It structures with non-porous embedded diaphragm to improve the usage rate of diaphragm and make it more compact.
    • Air powered diaphragm pump can be used as a movable-type material transfer pump because it has such advantages as small in size, easy moving, no need base, small occupied area and easy installation.
    • It can be externally connected to electromagnetic valve for remote control. And the reversing valve requires no lubrication.

    Air operated double diaphragm pump features with small in size, high efficiency, easy to move among other things, therefore, it has an irreplaceable position. The advantages of the pneumatic diaphragm pump are as follows:

    • Due to the AODD pump is driven by compressed air, the flow rate is automatically adjusted to the change of the back pressure that is outlet resistance. It is suitable for medium and high viscosity fluids.
    • It is low cost to use the AOD pump in a flammable and explosive environment, because the air tool will not generate spark after grounding. No heat is generated in the work, so the air pump will not overheat. The fluid does not overheat because the air diaphragm pump has minimal agitation of the fluid.
    • In the construction site and place of industrial and mining waste water discharge, there are many impurities and complex components in sewage. The pipeline blocked by impurities making the electric diaphragm pump overload, resulting in the motor damage. However, the air operated double diaphragm pump allows the particles go through and the fluid flow can be adjusted, therefore, when the pipeline is blocked, the pneumatic diaphragm pump will not run until it is clear.
