Air body saw, also known as pneumatic body saw, is a hand-held air tool that is driven by compressed air to reciprocate the saw blade at high speed, and then cut aluminum, rubber, wood and other plates in a straight line or curve. The compressed air enters the vane-type pneumatic motor through the rotary air throttle valve to make the rotor rotate. After the gear is decelerated, the saw blade at the lower end of the guide rod is driven by the crankshaft mechanism to make a linear high-speed reciprocating motion. In order to reduce the vibration caused by the high-speed movement of the guide rod up and down, the front of the air body saw is designed with a balance device.
