Tips: Assembly of diamond core drill machine
Step 1 Unfold the package, take out the diamond drilling machine and check it and accessories carefully according to packing list.
Step 2 Unscrew the bolt that connects column and stand ( See photo 1) and flip the stand over and adjust it to 180 degrees.
Step 3 Install the core bits (See Photo 2). Make sure the thread of core bit matches the thread of drilling machine before installing.
Step 4 Lock the core bit with a wrench (See photo 3 ). After screwing tightly the core bits, try to make the core bits no-load to ensure that the radial run-out of the core bit is within normal range before working.
Step 5 Fix the handgrip (See photo 4) and fix the handle (See photo 5).
Step 6 Connect water pipes to water valve (See photo 6).
