    Overview

The pressure test pump is a hydraulic electric pump driven by a motor. Suitable for water or hydraulic oil, used in pressure testing for various pipelines, pressure vessels, pressure-resistant parts, valves, etc., and can also be used to provide the required pressure for hydraulic system.

The black number in the dial: 1 = 1 MPa = 10 kg/cm². For example, T-3DSY-25 indicates that the maximum pressure is 25 kg/cm², which is equal to 2.5 MPa, and the same for other models, etc.
Red bold area is warning area, do not overvoltage.

    Note

    • The normal water pressure of tap water is 0.3MPa (0.1MPa is 1kg pressure), and the water pressure of high floors is 0.4MPa.
    • Water pipe pressure testing is generally between 0.8~1.0MPa. Pressure testing time for household pipelines is maintained at 2 to 4 hours. (The specific situation is subject to the actual construction environment)
    • Pressure testing for home should be between 0.8~1.0MPa. Excessive pressure will shorten the service life of pipeline and even cause fatal damage to pipeline. For industrial pressure testing, adjust pressure according to demand.

Electric Pressure Test Pump Operation Steps

    1. Connect the water supply pipe, return pipe, and outlet pipe in sequence.
    2. Insert the water supply pipe and return pipe into water tank, and fill water tank with clean water.
    3. Turn on power switch. After water flows out of the high-pressure water outlet pipe, connect it to the tested pipe or airtight container, and tighten the pressure relief valve. Observe the pressure gauge pointer. After reaching the required pressure value, turn off motor and hold pressure for a long time, and turn the overpressure protection sheet to safe position.
    4. During the first pressure test, sometimes there is gas in container, it requires the second to third pressure compensation.
    5. After pressure test is over, the relief valve must be loosened to complete the pressure relief.

Tips: Precautions when using electric test pump.

    • Before using the electric pressure test pump, make sure that the live wire and ground wire are connected correctly and must not be wrongly connected. Power cord should be connected to a socket with leakage protection
    • Loosen the pressure regulating knob first. Do not start motor with load to avoid damage to motor.
    • Check the filter regularly to avoid clogging.
    • If water pump cannot suck water, use water inlet pipe to introduce some water into water pump. Take care to prevent air from entering the pump.
    • After pressure test is over, loosen the pressure adjustment knob and keep it loose, add a little 20# oil. At the same time, turn on the power, add oil to water inlet, and run for half a minute.
    • It is strictly forbidden to start electric pressure test pump without water source, otherwise sealing rings and piston rings may be damaged.
    • There should be no impurities in water source, otherwise the seals will be easily stuck, causing no water absorption.
    • Use the pressure regulating knob correctly. Do not turn the knob to the end, otherwise the high pressure will cause pressure gauge damage.
