The electric rebar bender is portable hydraulic rebar bending machine with high strength. Driven by 220V/110V AC, rapid bending and short time. Applicable materials are low/medium carbon steel, round steel and rebar.

*Note: Bending 90°, rebar diameter should be 10-16mm. Rebar diameter ＜10mm, bending angle cannot reach 90°.

Tips: Preparations before using electric rebar bender.

1. Check whether the mechanical properties of the electric rebar bender are good. Workbench and rebar bender surface should be kept level. Prepare various mandrels and tool blocks.
2. Install mandrel according to rebar diameter and the electric rebar bender manual, make it to form profile shaft. Mandrel diameter of the blocking iron shaft or the variable block should be 2.5 times the steel bar diameter.
3. Check the mandrel. The block and turntable must be no damage and cracks, protective cover must be fastened and reliable.
4. After starting the electric rebar bender, run it without load for a period of time, and start operation after confirming that it is normal.
