1. Use an Allen wrench to loosen the Allen screws.	2. Loosen the screws and remove the protective cover.	3. Loosen the screws and remove the guard.	4. Pull the fastening handle of the sanding belt.	5. Remove the old belt and install a new belt.

Solid design

It's my first time buying this 10 Inch disc sander. It surprised me a bit. This machine is not heavy at all, I can move it anywhere at anytime. It is super easy to set up and use! The belt can be changed easily too. I'm very happy with the quality and performance.
