1. Rotate the crankshaft clockwise, and turn the crankshaft until the VVTI mark is at 11 o'clock.
2. A crankshaft locking tool is required for disassembly and assembly to ensure the camshaft timing is correct. Remove the bolt and place the locking tool in place, then turn the crankshaft clockwise by hand until the crankshaft touches the tool and stops rotating.
3. When reassembling, use the vibration damping device alignment tool to check the coaxiality. Then install an adapter suitable for the locking tool to lock the flywheel and prevent it from turning.
4. Use a locking tool to lock the crankshaft to prevent it from rotating, and use a universal tool 4mm drill to lock the timing belt tensioner, and then remove and replace the timing belt.
