    Tips: Working principle of 9 volt rebar tying machine

    1. The front buckle of the rebar tying machine is close to the rebar strapping place.
    2. The wire feeding mechanism draws the wire ties from the wire reel to make the wire ties form a ring in the winding mechanism to surround the part to be bundled. Then wire ties are looped and cut by the blade.
    3. The tie wire passes through a U-shaped groove while forming a loop in the winding mechanism. After the tie wire is cut off, the U-shaped groove is driven by the motor to tighten the tie wire.
    4. The iron wire used in the steel bar tying machine is galvanized iron wire. The iron wire is wound in a special reel, and the reel can be put into the machine for work. Each coil of wire is about 100 meters long. Depending on the machine model or design, it can be bundled 2 or 3 turns at a time, so that the number of knots that can be bundled with each reel is about 190.
