Electric Wood Router Installation

1. Install the backing.
2. Insert it into the hole of bottom plate.
3. Put in the milling cutter bit.
4. Hold down the self-locking button and tighten the nut.

Tips: Precautions for using electric wood router.

• Keep the milling cutter of electric wood router sharp. User must use special tools for electric wood router, the tools beyond specifications must not be used.
• To install milling cutter, just push the milling cutter handle into elastic chuck and tighten the hexagonal nut. Loosen the hex nut to remove milling cutter.
• The workpiece to be processed must be securely fixed with fixtures or other tools.
• Dust hood must be fastened and reliable. Dust hood cannot be removed in any operating state.
• Before starting electric wood router, check whether milling cutter is back on the base.
• The locking knob is used to adjust the up and down lifting of electric wood router. Pay attention to keeping your body balance during operation and avoid starting electric trim router unconsciously.
