Tips: End mill sharpener functions.

1. Generally, end mill sharpener can grind generic end mills such as 2-flute, 3- flute, 4- flute, 6- flute (above φ12mm), etc. Tungsten rods can also be used to cut the edge directly.
2. End mill sharpener has the characteristics of precise and fast grinding. Simple operation, and easy grinding without skills.
3. If the end mill sharpener is equipped with a diamond grinding wheel, it only need one grinding wheel can complete all the processes.
4. Select different grinding wheels according to milling cutter materials to achieve perfect repairing. CBN grinding high-speed steel material, SDC grinding alloy tungsten steel material, remember not to select a wrong one.
5. According to the milling cutter to be ground, choose the collet suitable for different milling cutter standard diameters. With a suitable chuck set, put it into milling cutter grinding seat to start grinding.
